The match is based on your contributions to your 401k, not your salary.
For real info on the matching login to the benefits site. You can select salary and bonus/commission matches.
300K base + 150K RSUs (considering a 4 year vesting) + bonus = 500K annually. On what planet are you to think this is normal salary in the US ??? Half a mil per year ? You need to be a senior engineer in a top company.

Yes 300k base + 600k RSU is quite average in US
Is 300k normal in US as base? In Europe 80k is already hard to find lately.
