I’ve only been on board 10 months as a G11 and was not read-in on anything to do with an IPF or how it works. Mgr discussed me getting the 61% at the end of the year when I wasn’t eligible for the 25% but NEVER mentions I wasn’t getting an EOY bonus. When I asked my manager, he was very short and didn’t explain it other than me being eligible, but not given. I know I’m new here but what am I missing? I feel I am being taken advantage of.

You are eligible for every full quarter you have worked during the fiscal year
If he’s LR’d he may not have access to those pages.
The info on the bonus is readily available on the benefits website. I think its called the PLI bonus plan but can't remember at the moment. The eligibility will be clear as well as the actual formula on how to calculate your bonus based on IPF and CPF.
I remember I did not get the EOY bonus after starting in June one time. I am not so sure about eligibility the first year..
Probably wanted to give it to the employees who were left behind.
My guess is you were / are placed on a PIP if you didn’t get a bonus
You’re short on details, so we can’t help you.
When were you hired? Sounds like Nov, like I was the yr I joined. I wasn’t eligible for the mid-yr bonus payment, but I was eligible for the entire year’s bonus based on the base compensation I made from Nov to the year’s end.
The 61% was the company performance factor, CPF. The IPF is your individual performance factor.
If you were LR’d, that notice came after the IPFs were set & you should have been eligible for the year-end bonus. You should be contacting HR to ask what your IPF was, why you didn’t receive the year-end bonus, etc.
It’s possible that your manager, knowing you would be gone, decided to put your IPF so low as to not be eligible for a bonus so they could split your bonus amount between those that stayed.
You should still be able to access Workday & see your performance/compensation documents.
Go to the employee compensation site from the CEC and check if you meet the eligibility requirements.
