There's nothing Viasat can do. The problem is Viasat's internet is not suited to disaster help situations because it requires skilled installation. Anyone can place a Starlink Mini on the ground and get connectivity. This is a failure of Viasat technology and another reason why anything that moves is switching to Starlink.
