Maybe it's just me but I'd be more thankful for clean water, non perishable food, and electricity restored before worrying about my internet connection.
There's nothing Viasat can do. The problem is Viasat's internet is not suited to disaster help situations because it requires skilled installation. Anyone can place a Starlink Mini on the ground and get connectivity. This is a failure of Viasat technology and another reason why anything that moves is switching to Starlink.
