Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Can we fire the board already?

The stock price has been stagnant for 2.5 years, PEC is a trainwreck, Ramon keeps getting bonuses and pay rises while the markets are burning furniture to keep the lights on. There is no clarity where to take the business while competitors are soaring and eating our share overnight.

Several high-profile roles rotating like chickens in a rotisserie only to be replaced by mediocre outsiders, just look at Athina and her S&T dumpster fire, or Corporate Comms.

I am so done, what a way to destroy the legacy of a century old business.

I’ve seen this multiple times. When someone becomes CEO they’re only concerned with the BOD and stockholders. If PepsiCo wants to get rid of them, they’ll have a huge buyout package they’ll get paid a huge sum. They couldn’t care less what the little people or customers think.

In the meantime, Ramon and his wife will continue to travel on PepsiCo dime while layoffs continue.
