Those of us who submitted to accept VRPs should learn Monday about our exit date … the past 50 days have been bearable knowing this hellstorm of SPA Box lunacy will soon be but a memory
I think accepting the VRP answered that question for me. Loud and clear.
We had a Sr Leader years ago talking about the importance of work life balance and this "leader" told us literally "I schedule 1 on 1's each week with my kids" !
What's important to me is sitting in over-crowded Indian-filled gray open cubicles with the stench of fish and curry burning my nostrils, while I "work" on a meaningless project for a toxic, clueless manager who will tell me on Friday that it has been defunded.
Here at PepsiCo all we care about is the shareholder return and our latest quarterly filing. Doesn't matter how many employees we have to churn through to get there.
