Are you involved in government reporting? This includes payments like minimum work commitments when we are exiting blocks or bonus payments when we are entering blocks. It’s not nefarious, it’s the cost of doing business in other countries. Why would another country give us exclusive rights to produce their oil for free or without work commitments?
