Tell signs of what is ahead. Cisco wants to wrap up high paying jobs in Bay Area and relocate these to other areas per CFO comments during earnings. This is nothing new but harassment to make folks leave on their own, before getting on PIP and LRs which can be lengthy, time consuming and cost lots of money and bad publicity.
Right now there are so many positions made available in India our Cisco brothers and sisters are job hopping from one position to another they are spoiled to the core , life has become he-l especially in bay area with daily standups more like fu--ing status updates to harrass people what did you do for the day and micro managers managing every tiny detail chased constantly by a--hole higher management guy asking every hour if its done or not and not letting folks do their normal work with expectations to do hundred different things at the same time a--holes
Loosing key contributors to competitors is the latest concern.

This is special edition to highlights teamworks. Chuck will not attend due to getting customer meet, but the G2 will dress in fine business linen and showcase his rhythm stick on rear of Gary for make happy time architectures and observabilities with the AI in the brown I for pleasure of Gary. Liz will watch and may also present herself in pleasing way to the G2. But we don’t have line of the site until then.
