What happened to the results from the company wide survey? Had anyone heard anything? My manager hasn't said a thing.

Boycott the survey. We did that in our department a few years ago and the entire management team freaked out. Our manager begged pleaded and threatened us to take the survey
But most of us refused anyway. My manager was fired. Sometimes silence speaks louder than words.
Execs are clueless with the survey when they combine all results at the Group Leader level and totally miss out on how people from different groups and different departments are working a single problem contract. If many groups have someone saying their skills are wasted because they all work on the same contract then how will discussions within each group help that? Not aggregating per contract is how they wonder why no one saw how bad a contract was before it became massively red.
I actually want to ERG every time I hear ERG or about joining an ERG. ERG!!!
They are probably in the process of culling out the people that gave bad reviews. After all, the survey was not anonymous. It was just confidential, which means nothing. The so-called malcontents will be singled out and laid off in october.
Results not published yet may mean they are trying to spin and word salad the results which probably reflect poorly on senior corporate management
they will need 6-12 months to figure out how to spin it so that it shows the employees are to blame for the low engagement scores. by the way, have you joined 3 ERGs yet?
