How about that!? As if Ford isn't losing enough on EV's, now they're offering complimentary home chargers, including installation, to anyone who purchases or leases an EV before the end of the year. You just can't make this stuff up anymore.

Every automaker who wants to sell you electric car should be offering free chargers and installation. It may cost you up to $2k to hire an electrician. After test driving several EVs including Mach-E, I now understand the allure of driving these vehicles. They are a lot of fun, and having an ability to charge it at home is a deal breaker for many potential buyers
If I bought a Mock-e or a Frightening and paid for a charger and installation I'd be pi---d.
Awesome! Ford is offering to burn down your house for free! Thanks Ford!
This reminds me of the free donuts for those who took the jab.
Only id--ts can fall for this. Beware
I wonder if the fine print says not responsible for any pyrotechnic events?
If you can't fix it, feature it.
If you live in an apartment or a house/condo with no garage do you get an extension cord?
Clearing unsold inventory for better quarterly numbers before fiscal ends. Better on balance sheets that way. The free stuff will make it into amortization balance likely.
Pretty smart. After I bought my first electric, I can't go back to gas. I'd buy a second one in a heartbeat if I had an easy way to charge it.
