It's not just an Iger thing, it's a Disney thing. Tradition sewn into the company. They build greatness upon the backs of thankless worker bees, then often hire those same leaders or worker bees as "consultants" rather than just hang tight and properly appreciate them.
This is SUCH a cluster****. Why does Disney constantly break things and reassemble them? Such a mess. Iger needs to GO.
