That's the attitude. Respect.

Doesn't mean that managers aren't trying to manage people out. Or maybe the bad managers are just surfacing.

Attempting to manage people out of their job in the 2020s is a blatant indication that those behind it have little to no connection with the modern industry and are stuck in the old times. 😂

Imagine trying to 'manage out' employees, particularly Gen-Z and Millennials, who record meetings, take screenshots of chats, and possess the skills to make things viral?

Both. 👍They left us with D+ players. Zero industry clout.

Work within your hours. Do not burn yourself out.

Seems like PE got their wet dream. Everyone is against each other.

New people quit every two weeks in this scenario, with some leaders pressuring others to leave. This ongoing churn and attempts at driving out colleagues is a sight to watch. Lots of psychopaths in leadership. Some are loud, and others quiet and calculated.

Keep notes, screenshots, everything. The current batch of 'leaders' are getting bonuses to manage people out. It's no secret. Just how it goes.

Hah, my supervisor has broken every single rule in the book. HR would be appalled if they knew.

I want to see her try and manage me out. I will drag her down and she will never work again.

Sr. Directors are most certainly trying to manage people out. Do not trust any of them.

Do not resign. Keep notes of everything they are doing.

"It seems PE is firm on not doing any new RIFs. At this point, we have to take them at their word. If they don’t, whatever trust remains will be beyond repair."

Doesn't mean that managers aren't trying to manage people out. Or maybe the bad managers are just surfacing. And the PE firm doesn't care.
