Yes, layoffs might be done, but we all know it's just for now. Job security doesn't exist anymore at Cisco. The best way to create your own job security is to keep looking for better options outside of this place. I haven't stopped applying and I don't plan to until I land something better.

Yep you now have another 6 months to get your resume up to date and add some new skills. Use these 6 months wisely!

Things have become so toxic very difficult to work, praying god to give me the mental energy to somehow find work in another company and jump. This place seems completely fu---d.
