These are the teams that staffed projects for the Professional Services Delivery Engineers. Projects are getting impacted, milestones delayed and rev rec delayed, customers are pi---d

No plan B in place so hundreds of Resource Requests for projects in the backlog in these regions. EMEA staffing team asked to pick up these requests in "Emergency" process.

Why would any Enterprise or SP would take a risk on using Cisco Services at this time? Customers know the value of Services was Cisco engineers, and PMs at best even though much more expensive than a partner on in house.

There is a path between the point when the contract with the client is signed to the point where the project is being delivered
if on that path you have more people directing work than people doing the work then f..k yes, this was needed. Notsure if that was the case, but sometimes it would take months for a project to go through that. Simplification is key.

Of course there was no plan B. This ELT and senior leadership has shown z-e-r-o strategic decision making for years.
