If affected by LR but get hired at a new job before the 11/15 date- can I still get paid through 11/15 with Cisco ?

if you get an internal Cisco job by then, paycheck just continues normally. If you dont, you will get the payout as of the date. You can get any job outside Cisco from now to whenever - will not change your package. If you even tried to tell your manager - they would not know what to do with that information (there is no process to cut short your final day - unless foolish enough to do a self-termination prior).
