And we are expected to pick it up. I’m not doing it. If there is more work than people, then they shouldn’t have laid the people off.

Also, specially at Kisco, do not train these peeps from Hindia, or else you won't have a job after 6 mths from then. :)
All heads big cuts from recruiting agencies by the number of heads, hence they fire full-timers and fill the team with contract heads in multiples, who come with fake experience and pea brains fresh from fake colleges with cr-p eng degrees. Not all but 99% of them are.
Removing 1/14th of the workforce would definitely double the workload.
My manager keeps sending requests for me to do the transition as I’m impacted. I’ve forwarded them all to HR, and still haven’t heard a single beep from them. I’m non-working employee, and have no intention of coming back.
