Palestine? Is it possible to win?

The carrier will be shutting down Palestine, TX if the courts don't step in. Who would be doing the work and why can't it be time claimed?

@5hmz very true, even worse is that multi billion dollar company needs the work that is done by those they are trying to shut down even more so today and even more so tomorrow than they did just a couple years ago. Its almost like east palestine is a trophy of pride for management more than a business decision.

Imagine working for a multi billion corporation that has been trying very hard for the last 5 years to try to eliminate your job. Even making it publicly know.

No, Palestine won’t win. The Texas Supreme Court has already denied the petition. Sure the county filed a motion for rehearing, but I have a feeling it will be denied also.

@ywy DeSoto can barely handle what they are working on now. Management has destroyed it.
