Market: South Texas (Houston) MUST BE LOCAL
Work: Nokia Equipment (Install, Integrate, Call Test) on T-Mobile Network
Rate Card Listed below

For material pickup from warehouse, installation, commissioning, integration and call testing: Total should be the combined total of all tasks performed as listed below. 150 miles (75 outgoing and 75 incoming) is considered home market radius. Anything beyond is billable at IRS rate.

Fusion will provide a SIM (billable to Fusion) and handset for calling testing.

Scope of Work:

As an FE based in Houston, TX, you will be responsible for Integrations, Troubleshooting & Call/Data testing
Commissioning, integrating and troubleshooting of BTS, system verification and installation of Nokia BTS/LTE/5g (ASIL ABIA, ABIO, ABIL, ABIA and associated Radio Units like AHLOA, AHFIG, AEHC) and other Networks Element.
ABIO swap. E911 Testing.
Performed commissioning & Integration as well as Troubleshooting (fiber/SFP issues/backhaul connectivity/coordinating with Tower GC’s to clear alarms) of Ericsson BBU’s(6630, 6648, 6651), Scripting of Nokia IXRe’s and configuring of Ericsson SCU’s(SCU 09 01) with OSS from AMDOCS in south Texas market

We can't afford to pay the Field Techs any overtime or have promotions, but we'll pay contractors to do work that Field Techs could be doing. Absolutely genius...smmfh

Yeah. If only these people know how long it takes to pick up material, wait for hours only to be given the wrong radios or system modules and/or be missing stuff only to go back multiple times. How about how long it takes to get checked in or assistance from the MIT. How about waiting hours for your call test results only to he missing multiple sectors. These are all things I saw contractors go through daily in the field as an RNEO employee. 20 hour days.
