Laid off recently. Just let me say...dealing with benefits or HR from India is a disaster! Seriously, they could not care less about providing any satisfaction to a previous employee.
XBS sales is under evaluation and adjustments will be made Q1 2025. Xerox is in discussions of forming a customer engagement team that will manage current clients and renew them. This will allow those sales reps that are kept to go after new business only. This will expose many reps.
If you are with HCL, you should start looking for a new position now. Because after a year of bringing in trainees, or someone that is experienced and will work for cheap, HCL will have them trained up on your processes and layoff the "Senior Staff" in a cost cutting move.

haven't heard that yet.... Looks like most of the people chose to go to HCL instead of leaving... at least for now....still a little early. Last time many people left a few weeks in.
