Major changes in Structural Heart

SH is having a significant overturn of leadership which is splendid news considering the horrible decisions that have plagued the OU. There are still a few leaders that should be shown the door but signs point to on-going changes. The timing is interesting, as Nina allowed a group of leaders to make substantial changes in the spring only to see some of these decision makers leave the company shortly thereafter.

Once viewed as MDT’s most promising OU, our SH team is being outplayed in the market while becoming an undesirable place to work. It’s been challenging to see how toxic leadership has completely derailed this team’s success and driven away dedicated employees.

Changes are extremely overdue. Waiting for new sales and finance leadership. They have driven our field team into the ground year after year.

Proof of that is in the pudding.

How can a person who majored in journalism can lead a medical device division which makes complex animal and steel based implants ?
