The entire Tech Industry is laying off. Economy is cooling rapidly. So it's not just IBM. Consultants on the bench have always been a target.
Many people hired during Covid and at higher incomes. Companies adjusting back to pre-Covid HC. WFH I thought would help. But individually many people were more productive, the group at a whole wasn't .
