You should check out the eligibility for bonus. I think you have to be employed at both the start and end of FY. If you’ve only been here 10 months, that’s not possible.
That’s why you got zero.

No, I have looked. But there is a block under the “my pay bonus” page that shows the EOY bonus listed - shows 0.

I'm very sorry for you. You must be the first one who did not get a bonus at all.

I don't know how to complain without burning bridges with your manager.

RSU's are more important than bonuses. I would wait to see how many RSUs you get. Less than $60,000? Leave!

Salary raises are often very modest. Expect 2 to 3%.

Yes, I’ve done the math. I’ve also looked at my TTC amount in my contract.

Correct 12% bonus. Like I said, I think I’m being taken advantage of. There is zero “logical” reason for me not to get it. Our team had a 13% growth. I was the newest of CPM.

what am I missing?

I'm not a manager so I can't say for sure, but I can't imagine it's possible not assigning IPFs.

You miss out a lot. You are new with perhaps not too many accomplishments so your IPF should be of the order of 1.1 ( +/-).

G11 proportional factor is 12%

Your base salary is of the order of $230,000

So you miss out on $230,000 times 0.12 times 1.1 times 0.61 = $18,519. As you did not work for 12 but 10 months, you bonus then 10 12th of that, e.g. $15,432.

In the next weeks, you are given RSUs. $90,000 are common in my team for your grade level. Fingers crossed that you get a fair amount of RSUs.

Is there a IPF of zero. I’ve only been on board 10 months, was not read-in on anything to do with the an IPF or how it works. We discussed me getting the 61% at the end of the year when I wasn’t eligible for the 25% but never mentions I wasn’t getting any bonus until I asked him after I didn’t get it. His response “You’re entitled, but not given. Sorry.” It wasn’t until the Monday after the LR when the three other managers received a CR for the 13% growth in the last year that I decided to file an ER. I know I’m new here but what am I missing? Am I being taken advantage of?

You should have proof-read before sending a posting on its way. It's hard to understand.

Everything under 1 is bad. You must be really really bad when you get a IPF of 0. Those on PIP get a IPF of 0. I have never ever heard anyone getting below 1.

Can you go on workday, please. Isn't there a pdf called "bonus letter". It will list all the details such as your IPF and your actual bonus.

Unless you’re a failing EVP(~3.00) it’s excellent, esp for 2024.

You’re only a miserable .41 over 1, I’d start looking

An IPF of 1.41 is terrible, you should quit now before you're put on an improvement plan and are fired.

Great! You’ve now got about 86% of your targeted bonus. Where in years gone by an average bonus was normally at least 120% of target.

Looking at the numbers it’s not going to get much better for next year.

not sure it matters anymore, plenty of people with good IPF's have been LR'ed

your IPF - individual performance factor is a piece of what determines your bonus payout. To be above 1 is in pretty good standing. But also keep in mind that if the rest of the team is performing higher, this would make you a low performer.

Overall, you're doing good.

Average IPF is 1. Anything above that is a gift from your leader for good work.

That IPF is good at Grade 4 - kudos.
