There used to be plenty of training a bailable internal and external. Now the best you can hope for is an annual cyber security CBT!

Training is all around us. There are hundreds of BTC personnel on Campus and in the refineries getting trained to do our jobs for 25% of the pay.
What is the total number of BTC personnel in the US?
I've not had any training since 2019 pre covid. Supervision is oblivious and couldn't care less. The company makes nil investment in it's heritage work force as it's cheaper to just add more and more low cost people from India.
Quantity not quality.
Pre COVID there were offerings on things like presenting technical information, design of experiments, public speaking ,etc.
Those professional development things have totally evaporated.
Expensive (and pretty decent) training reserved for hipos. Given what that group of talentless, greedy clowns manages to produce with it, looks like an issue with feedstock, not catalyst!
You like training? It's a waste of time to spend 3 days on being inclusive. They organize training and participation is not a choice. Thank you but no.
Plenty of training at BTC.
No need to train people elsewhere that will quit or be PIP’d.
