"She had to micro manage everything"

The worst part is that those who micro-manage developers have never built an app from start to finish. Not even talking about deploying and running a real app in production.

PD will never recover from the damage caused by the imbecilic VP that thought scrum solved an F5 problem. As if development methodology was a notable problem for BIG-IP development. . .the real problem was an unwillingess (inability?) to decisively reduce the staff working on an industry leading, mature product. BIG-IP (milk that cash cow) needed to transition to maintenance mode+ with 30% of its staff not jerk itself off with SAFE.

It's astounding what a d-mbf*** that guy was.

Among the most "oversold as a cure" methodologies introduced to business development teams today is Scrum.
