Lots of companies in the energy industry in the city have hybrid work. Enbridge, TC, Transalta, Cenovus, Imperial, Pembina, and Alta Gas being some of the larger ones.
How can you justify layoffs?
You mean work schedule? Which companies follow it? Cenovus comes 4 days a week, I hear Petronas has hybrid work schedule.
