Work A** Off whole year! They LR; Then IPF is 1.00%! Stock Rob back program.

Cisco at least needs to be legit in the IPF to recognize years of work.
Anyway, they decided to LR, but at least be transparent about IPF.

They Give RSU for 3 years first, then give LR package, on the side they get back the RSU's at exit which is equivalent to severance Amount.
So technically you're at NetZero! This is called the stock Rob Back Program

Severance $63K... RSU $*80K unvested.. ROB back.. Net Loss.

All the fluff talk: Great place to work. we take care of employees is just BS!

Next Feb i bet they will come for sales next for LR.

I’m not a Cisco apologist. I think that how treat employees is horrendous.

That said, you didn’t get scammed by the RSU vesting schedule. The shares were never yours to begin with. So you shouldn’t have expected them as part of the LR. At least they gave you the ones vesting through Nov.
