Congratulations to everyone getting outta here! I'll continue drawing a check like I have for years as I have a backup job. Veritas will pay me to do nothing and they will like it.
When new hires start I want to tell them how bad of a mistake they made by joining Gainwell. I really feel sorry for them. Good people somehow are getting su-ked into the swamp of Gainwell. And once they realize how bad of a mistake they made it is too late. They are stuck.
I am leaving after being stuck at Gainwell for 3 years. Someone needs to expose them so good people don’t get su-ked into the mess.
Blake is right. It will be interesting to see what Veritas makes out of their Medicaid investment. The clock is ticking for ROI.
@Blake
I agree. Gainwell can’t dig out of the hole they are in.
The best thing for an employee is to leave. Save your mental health. There are so many places that are better than Gainwell. No reason to wait.
Gainwell is a swamp.
And it always will be.
And there are plenty of reptiles alive and well within it.
Get out now! It is not worth staying part of such a dump. Staying will only make you a bad employee by learning from the inept leaders.
You can not and will not and make a difference in this company. Leave. Get out.
Christina was fired, which is a travesty. She was one of the only leaders that actually gave a sh!t about this place and people. Not to mention she completely transformed the brand. Can’t wait for her entire team to quit in the wake of this.
Like “hire more fake VP/Dir, fire more doers!”
Old farts who think their retirement is safe, think again! Those who are close to retirement (about with 5 years) will get stress/anxiety and die of heart or brain problems!
Smart are those who will quit and save the trouble. Greedy old farts will suffer mental health problems.
What happened to Christina Vanecek?
I’m relieved. It’s been too many months since a new executive has been added.
It’s good to know the strategy is still the same. Hire more leaders. Fire more doers.
So glad they added another executive leader!
Right. The problem can only be fixed by bringing in people who don't know our business, paying them insane salaries and giving them titles that start with Sr. Vice President and Chief. It couldn't be that we lie to states and our solutions don't work.
More leaders are needed to fix the Gainwell problems and stop the bleeding.
It’s the obvious answer.
