Red badges were suppose to be axed in Q4 but in Q1 more blue badges axed than red.
Looks like red badge is back on board. Supply chain, CCW and other engineering have hundreds of red badges. Don't know what is cost cutting

Simple answer: Red badges are way CHEAPER than Blue badges.
Some companies transfer employees to contract firms as a pseudo LR - the employee still has a job, sometimes at lower pay and the company doesn’t have to worry about the insurance and other additional costs for the employee. I think even Cisco did it once maybe that happened again?
