I had major surgery in July and I’ve never been on any leave at Cisco before. I’m just wondering if I’m bonus eligible. I’m not supposed to reach out to my manager while on leave otherwise I would ask him.

OP here. I never got a web letter but I checked the bank account and ADP and I did in fact get a bonus. Not too much but I’m grateful. I thought I would get nothing so this little something is better than nothing.
You do get a bonus but only for the time you were in the office.
It depends on the length of your absence; it could be pro-rated. I've been on medical leave since March so I don't qualify for the year end bonus. You can check your compensation section in Workday to see if you're getting a pay out this Friday.
