Damn, company performance was so awful it's half of what it was last year. Total comp is circling the drain, lots of vacation, inflation, costs of everything going up.
Does anyone smell boiling frogs?

"When you expect it it's not a bonus, it's just pay, so since you're expecting it, I ain't gonna give it to ya." --B.P. Richfield
Apparently 1.0 is 'average'.
I find it hard to believe half the employees receive a score less than 1.0?
It sort of feels like most get between 1.1-1.3?
a bonus is just icing on the cake. not even a guarantee. be happy with whatever you get
Yeah my ipf was inline with what I’ve gotten in the past. But that 60% CPF really hurts. Ooof.
My IPF was 1.15 and I was told it was best in team (rewind, rewind ) “almost best in team”. I normally get 1.20-1.30 and this year I did a few amazing things, but not to be.
So, don’t expect much.
Yeah because losing a chunk of compensation is met with "be happy to have a job". It's tired and it's old. Everyone is looking for their American dream.
Although the bonus is lackluster, it's sure better than $0. Don't be greedy...hogs get sla-ghtered.
Workday > my rewards insights
Shows past, had talk with manager this week about tomorrow's bonus
To be honest, I was surprised to even get one
Where are you seeing this?
