Shareholder here, it’s time Walt and Rick need to relinquish pay until share price increases. Travesty to pay two joint ceo massive salaries when stock price has decreased due to multiple bad judgements/decisions . Put their money where there actions are or rather aren’t. No more words. Time to roll up your sleeves guys. No action (ie making smart ,innovative decisions). Headwinds didn’t seem to hurt share price of Ms or gs. More like thrived. Time to see things thru clients eyes. Listen to their needs, deliver to them and employees.this company is an excellent company, I This can be turned around. You are supposedly leaders… time to prove it.

Sorry we no longer see through the clients eyes but if you are a shareholder trying to vote to increase Walt’s pay more than 22 million that is a different story
