Based on past history average is 1.2-1.25. If you are getting less, someone else is getting your share of the bonus money.

Less is below average. 1.0 is low but better than below 1.0. Below 1.0 means you are at the bottom and a candidate for the next LR.

  1. 45 is excellent. In the past, employees with the high of an IPF were not eligible for voluntary layoff even if they met the years of service and age requirement. This is the only reason to complain about an IPF this high.

Mine was 1.3 and my manager said it was for high performance. The CPF was absolutely brutal, so it didn’t really matter what my IPF was to a certain extent. It’s kind of sad how little impact my contributions actually reflect in my compensation and rewards. My next job is def going to be at a smaller company, because this place is a joke.

$12,000/(0.610.180.35)

The fine forum software butchers multiplication operators. Spelled out:

12,000/(0.61 times 0.18 times 0.35)

and everyone who was LR’d had their FY24 Performance Factor dropped to 100%. Despite the most excellent scores well above again, it’s just another F-U. In my case 135 was dropped to 100% and I lost 12k right off the top. What a great kn--e in the back from Chuck, Fran and the Board of Directors

35% are 12k

I try to reverse-engineer your base salary. That requires your grade level factor. Let's set it to 0.18 for Tech Lead II.

So your overall base salary is $12,000/(0.610.180.35) = $312,256. Is that correct?

BTW: almost everyone got a lower IPF this time. You can't use your math to blame Chuck, Fran and the Board of Directors.

Based on what I saw, 145 is extremely high. Budgets were extremely low this year.
