Nor do I think leadership actually wants it to recover. It's all about numbers for as long as it lasts. Morale is very low, teams are gutted, management is not coping well with reorganization. Most people are just going through the motions, the majority in my team is looking for other jobs. Job market is going downhill, and that’s creating added anxiety.

This has been Cisco's process for decades so in theory, it is working for them.
It is wishful thinking that morale issues caused by LR is impacting Cisco's bottom line. You not liking the LR is no motivation for Cisco to stop doing LRs.
Many of us wouldn't mind getting a package before the Titanic sinks to the bottom of the corporate ocean.
Cisco has been LRing for decades. This will change nothing. Plenty of willing supplicants are still hanging around - just look at the chat for your office building for the consistently posting people, those being sycophants and fawning over the looks of ELT members. It's the world's best funded private pension fund.
That's what patels are good for. In India they are known to be people who'd sell their mother for a buck. Soon Cisco will be up for sale at corner stores across the US.
My manager almost shouts at me for work not being done. I have no idea
It was unethically handled, politically motivated and will yield in nothing true
