Are we in agreement that there'll be no more cuts before next year?

No new ones in the calendar year. But boy oh boy, Feb 2025 lay off is going to be as big as this one.
Nice trolling but that WARN is what’s already announced. OP is asking if there’ll be anything more. Highly unlikely this year - next round will be in February.
This wave won’t be finished until end of the year but there won’t be another wave until next year. If you’re in the US and your team was already hit you’ll be fine. Some countries and some teams are working to different timeframes.
Sorry to share that Cisco is on this week's WARN report.

Expect few more layoffs in December as Splunk is integrated into Cisco and so called redundant employees are identified.
There won't be any more layoffs until Feb. Period. Full stop.
Nope, not in agreement. Take a look at the historical trend in the Warn tracker. There was a large one ~2 years ago in December right before the holidays.
I am in agreement that OP is a fool
I worked at a lesser site where small layoffs were occurring every quarter for years. They weren't big enough to make the quarterly financial call but they did happen. As others have noted, PIPs are on the rise as well.
Part of our post reality existence is the fact that corporations are lemmings. Someone somewhere in corporate America ages ago said keeping employees fearful makes them more productive and everyone not only followed suit but doubled down. It's far easier than actually learning how to manage individuals.
Wait for the red badge cuts in Nov/Dec.
There will likely be more for the 2H around February.
HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, HA!
Wishful thinking!
@OP has a Koolaid overdose. At Cisco, there are ALWAYS layoffs! Watchout in Nov-Dec for smaller stealth LRs and then again in Feb a slam-bam-f__k-you-damn
There might be in December
