Anyone hear of anything major happening or brewing within WF? My boss just randomly put in his two week notice and past interactions team meets and bi-weekly check ins would have never caused anyone to guess this was happening. He seemed genuinely happy with the work he was doing and our teams progress. His reason for leaving (while it’s at is discretion) made no sense and raised some concern and eye browns within our team. I would think nothing massive would come in Q4.

Not this nonsense again! Somebody left quickly, do you know why? They could have some personal issues or something else might have forced them to leave. Let's not start RIF rumours again 🙄
Sounds shady that’s the dark side of Wayfair.
