My performance rating before last week was 118%, but all LR’d in my org were reset to 100%, so clearly not based on my performance! I am a 25yr vet who has Always been above 100%. And for all those years? My years of service calculates to well less. Great job - I hope all my remaining peers jump ship because you can count on being treated equally unethically in the end.

They are available. Your manager knows.
workday holds your figures from last YEAR, not last WEEK? if the most recent figure in workday says 118% then that would be from the last reward cycle last sept/oct/nov, no?
IPF were submitted before August 30 so nothing changed last week. What evidence do you have it was 118???
If you think that moving from 118 to 100 (with this year’s CPF) is more than your years of service kicker, you’re not very good at math.
Big deal man just chill 118 or 100 not much difference its not like they dropped you from 180. As someone said be happy with your 25 yrs of regular paychecks and service don't be so bitter
They paid you for 25 years. And yet here you are complaining. Clearly you never worked at a startup where they would throw you out after 1 year on the job with a 2 week package
Being LR’d is not about being valuable . It’s simple , are you your boss’s yes man? Are you over 45? If you are a yes man there is a lot more job security heck you might even get a promotion to go on endless video calls with a bobble head
I add zero value and I have a side hustle. Letting my RSUs vest and hide until next layoff in February. Still here, still proud.
Do you mean IPF?
How do they know what it was before? It’s in Workday.
I swear we lay off the wrong people and only id--ts are left
How do you know it was 118 before?
I mean, you got LR’d so you weren’t as valuable as you thought you were, right?
Just wrong
