Cutting costs at all costs. People, bonuses, online learning services for employees. Cutting everything but Prophet’s 12.000.000 USD salary. It’s truly “People First”… BS.

RIFs at F5 will continue whether it will be tomorrow, next month, next quarter or next year. And they will get worse. Look at FLD's history since the first year he became Prophet. Don't think for a moment that your employmenet at F5 is safe. He will find a reason that "justifies" your termination. It's a strategy to keep the employees fearful. You are nothing more than a pawn in a game of chess.
Maybe not tomorrow but probably very soon. AI bubble is about to burst. Hiring in India accelerated. Competition is growing.
