Maybe it depends who you work with. My leadership is fantastic, but we are all in a bad position where the goal post keep getting moved and the work needs to be completed with the same efficiency with less and less people.
People burn out though, and you may experience it yourself. Do what’s best for you at the end of the day, because the company can’t and won’t due to its own issues and failures.
