The last few go-arounds some staff members were informed towards the close of the work day that they were safe. Others were not and were left wondering and waiting, causing unnecessary anxiety. This is already a highly cruel and poorly mismanaged downsizing. But IF YOU MANAGE PEOPLE LET THEM KNOW. Do not let them wonder through tonight and tomorrow.

Thank you. It's a good reminder to check in with your team and give them a chance to ask questions, even if you don't have answers. Someone has to give a cr-p around here.
You're asking them to risk their job as well. This whole situation su-ks but managers hands are tied during this process.
Nothing about this is good, but managers are people to who are stuck in a sh---y situation
i was told( and this is the 5th time hearing this in over a year) if you have not heard anything by 12 you are safe
