The hidden abuse

I hate it here. If you question anything your manager does, you're not technically fired since they don't want to pay unemployment, but the stress, workload, and constant criticism will drive you out. All you're getting from that point on is pure abuse. Don't make the same mistake I did. Just turn into one of the many yes-people who work here and you'll do just fine.

100%. I reported an openly homophobic, racist, mean spirited, and downright petty boss for making obscene comments about our team members. What did HR do? Give me a 360 review feedback on myself and what I could do better.

You won’t get fired but they will start giving you less and less projects or just give you busy work until they can force you out

Sounds like how Target across town operates. The difference is Target leaders were all frat bros and sorority sisters and never left high school.
