Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Hearing another 2022 EOY Layoff.

Heard EVPs heard the word good out to the public of a Sept-Oct layoff and pushed it back to Dec to get things worked out and settle down the small people for now.

They also didn’t expect so many to accept the VRP this time around. Kind of caught them off guard and were going to include those who didn’t accept the VRP in the layoffs like back in March. They have to go back and recalculate.

So we now wait.

Worst it’s ever been in my 15 years. Ram and Ramon don't seem to have any control. Ram can continue to play pious on LinkedIn but the reality is going to catch up. Never seen so much internal disfunction and broken process. The frontline is paying for it.

There are so many folks taking VRP I think they will need to keep some. Everyone sees the writing on the wall yeah everything is moving to offshore and the VPs are already battling for team and process ownership to try to make it out alive.
