No, with FED cut rate, business looks good now. Next LR will not be earlier than the August of 2029.
I agree too - there will be more to come this year - the current cut seems to small ! But I’ve heard rumors that business is improving and expected to continue to improve so maybe we might be safer that we think. If there is a recession or a world war then bets are off, but otherwise glimmers of hope are present! Of course employees could sc--w it up on their own too
Cisco will reduce the US workforce to merge or be acquired. February will hit all US remote locations. Good time to save up and be ready.

Yeah I actually agree with this - so much negative press around Cisco layoffs, but companies outside doing much worse. Intel has stopped employee coffee machines to save cost! Other companies just dumped their people - no package at all. What confuses me, is that Cisco brought in more revenue than Qualcomm and Avago last quarter but we got punished! All companies can go through some optimizations - we over hire in some areas and then cut people. For me it was not the LR that frustrated but the way it was handled - 1 month of fear, ELT suggesting mental health sessions, and boasting to employees about moving their jobs to low cost locations, and the fake emotions! I wanted someone new at the networking area , because a new person might finally realize you don’t need 3-4 network OS doing the same thing, but G2 is a whole other story ! He’s just another clown who still hasn’t recovered from the Apple Reality distortion field so many years after Steve Jobs passed on ! Everything compares to how iPhone does it !
