Wow, so about this Time last Year, I posted what I thought would be my last list. The reason for that, is it appeared that there would be no more Kmart closings. I guess I was wrong, and so, my services are needed again. Glad to help! Of course, I would never post a closing without verification, because I'm a journalist, who has NEVER had to retract a closing even once. I intend to uphold my perfect record, in this regard.

The reason I didn't post this last Night, was because I was awaiting verification, as I always "measure twice cut once", and "never count my chickens until they hatch". It would be great if others also did this. 😏😉😜😄
Honestly, anyway, good riddance to this weird location. It's about 100 miles east of NYC, all by itself, making the shipping process to this store, a logistical enigma. Anyway, my job was to at least get rid of the mainland Kmarts, and I have almost succeeded in that regard, as the list will show below. All that's left here, is one tiny Kmart in Miami. Once we bang that out, then they will only exist in the territories. So, long story short.......
5 Kmarts, List
We are now at 5 Kmarts total, and ONLY 1 of those, is in the mainland. I have changed my map to reflect this as well:
FLORIDA
- MIAMI
(Tha..tha...that's all folks!😉😉…..end of the mainland list).
TERRITORIES:
GUAM
- TAMUNING, GU (This location has an independently branded pharmacy that just leases the place).
USVI
- ST. CROIX
- ST. THOMAS -P (The only Kmart branded pharmacy, anywhere, on Earth)
- ST. THOMAS
Statistics: Kmart will be absent in 49 states. Now we have only 1 state, Florida, with a Kmart.
There are now zero states that have multiple Kmarts, although the territory of USVI has 3 (2 in St. Thomas, 1 in St. Croix). Miami is the only Kmart within the continental United States, full stop.
Additionally, USVI has 3, Guam has 1, so there are 4 total stores outside of the U.S. mainland. There are 2 pharmacies in the territories, but only 1 is Kmart branded, and thus marked with letter "P" (1 in USVI). Total of 5 Kmarts left as of now that are not closed or closing.
