When is the scheduled date for migration to new "HUB" bldg ? Employees prefer to work from home and do not want to come to offices. Will employees come to offices, when the new "HUB" bldg opens .. ?

What is the latest news on the HUB? Last I heard is construction stopped at a point last year due to possible foundation settling issues.
Not looking forward to potentially being forced into the wonderful open-concept mandatory noise-cancelling-headphone zero-privacy stations. And with the increased worker density, it'll be a wonderful disease incubator.
I used to work in the old Simmons Mattress Factory Building in Allen Park...AKA TEE Building. It's still there with its wonderful cooling and heating system from the 70s. Damp all year long. The only reason we got new tile floors because the carpet tiles were saturated with condensed moisture.
The train station is nothing but a "Hey look at me" Bill Ford feel good dream. funded by shareholder's money. What Detroit needs is a profitable well run Ford Motor Company and Billy has failed at this...
I watch the town halls with the understanding that none of that is for me. I don't even get to work in a Ford building, ker alone a fancy new, modern building with hints of the past like the train station or the Ford Lab. That's all for someone else. I get to go to a cr-ppy leased building in Allen Park, where the facilities are as you'd expect ... suitable for a GSR that may or may not have a future at Ford. I get to sit in a cr-ppy old worn out chair in a worn out cubicle everyday and actually produce, but hey, I'm really super happy for the execs that get to frequent these buildings, with their ridiculous bonuses, and their matching Ford apparel, and their entourage of support staff. Good for them.
I would like to know which 2,500 Ford employees are moving into the train station, and when. Other than the “free tour” guide.
