I’m curious how the EMEA maf-a circle around OT with his VPs, Senior Dirs and GMs who’ve been now too long at Cisco, especially in Europe, will once again protect each others @sses and get rid of unwanted employees with this LR.

@3fqo+1uDPwrCM The entire UK org has been run mafia style since 2019. DM and CP had their "enforcers" bullying around sales folks and SEs. Any question that is not a "yes, Sir" would result in a PIP, and if lucky, in an LR. Incompetent, lazy and a$$lickers are tolerated, rest are goten rid of. No wonder the rooms are empty at BDL. Its a toxic environment beyond control.
There is a Senior Director in the Legal Compliance organization in UK. This guy had survived multiple HR cases and even one s-xual harassment case in the past. He su-ks up to whichever VP comes and sc--ws his team royally. He is all for himself. His name is NS.
