If you get little incentive to do the three jobs you do, you get more than me. I get nothing extra for my three jobs other than comments that I am not doing my primary job that I was actually hired to do well enough.
I am so glad he gets to play with his personalized pie charts as the rest of us struggle to do 3 peoples jobs with little incentive!
