Adding more bloat and cost is what leadership does best. Someone has to get kick backs from vendors and get blackout drunk at vendor dinners.
They added 200-300 million to the IT budget in a year?!

Schwab spends 1.7 billion each year on IT. Leadership is asleep at the wheel when it comes to almost everything.
