Title says it all. Do I need to give any notice? Regular 2 weeks blah blah blah sh-t after how company has let me know about acquisition.

In my personal opinion, I would give a 2 week notice just to show your class. But if you are really bitter about how the news came up, then if I would really hate this company, I would take all the PTO while you start working on the other company and I would just simply send an email on the last day of the PTO.
