Employee Appreciation Week was moved from October to September due to the coming VRP’s and reorg!

People seriously overestimate the agility of Pep finance and HR (which is funny because they work here and see the glacial pace in action)

They will see how the VRP adjustments shake out, plus the AOP budget finalizations to required headcount, and we probably won't see layoffs till just before the Q4 earnings call in Feb on clean books for 2025

Just like every year

It's coming, look at the writing on the wall. VRP and from a finance AOP standpoint they already broke up the division model in PBNA. They did go from 6 divisions to 3. From North, South, Central, West, Canada, and Gatorade to the new Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Sector.

Some say it was moved to October. Could be just rumors and speculation.
We’re going to have to do something though. Analysts are downgrading our stock and pointing out that our share is “rapidly deteriorating” in all categories. Also it seems we made several investments and if those don’t pay off by next year, we’re up cr-p creek.
