I had a coworker that was PIPd overseas. He obtained a job at a service company in that same country so EM just packed his stuff and delivered it to the service company housing estate.
He went from the EM provided 3 bedroom dump of an apartment to a 5 bedroom multi level palace and got paid 25% more.

How long have you been on an assignment? You owe them a year at least (what I was told), but they absolutely have to send you back.
