10+ years, CIO FnO, Band 9. Heard through the grapevine it's a lot of Band 10's and DE's and no management that makes the decisions. Super top heavy management who just crunch numbers and treat everyone who does the work as just another number. sickening. And they want to move everything to India. They have a hiring increase there.

We have a lot of non-technical managers making decisions for tech. AI is a complete dud and everyone up the chain all the way to J.C. delivers vaporware.
The erosion of IBM's talent to low cost of living areas (India) will temporarily increase stock prices but in the long run strip IBM of any competitive advantage.
Every manager I worked with in my day at FnO was scared of making decisions. Either they went up to Cesar for even the smallest item or never made the decision causing delays.
it's fail fast and fail often and no recovery from here on ... and it could not happen to a nicer set of duds at CIO FnO. They are nothing but a bunch of arrogant turds in the toilet bowl of IBM life.
Hasta La Vista, Baby !
Plus, I've worked with my replacement and they are duds.
